“Selena throws the most legendary parties! She truly thought of every detail at her Galentines party, and the table setup looked like it came straight off a Pinterest board. There was a gorgeous heart tablecloth and a pink table runner with a full spread of high tea brunch foods. Everything was laid out on 3-tier towers, and there were heart tongs to pick up all the food. She had mini heart waffles, scones, pinwheel sandwiches, fruit, and the desserts were the absolute cutest!! There were a variety of macaroon cookies, including little bears, hearts, and Eiffel Tower prints, plus fudge-dipped Oreos that looked like literal mini cakes, and chocolate-covered strawberries. Everything was almost too cute to eat.
She had a teacup set up for each person, fancy paper plates (I didn't even know they made these), flower napkins, and a cardboard tea pot gift bag with a handwritten card! There were also the coolest macaron candles I've ever seen in antique teacup candle holders.
Everyone got to sit on a comfy flower pillow on their chair, and there was a whole tea station where you got to choose what to drink, plus sugar cubes, honey pots, and the most beautiful teapots to pour from. There were even balloons that said, "Let's Partea." How freaking cute?

“Selena knows how to host a great birthday party at home, and she finds the coolest spots to go celebrate. For her 25th birthday, she drove a few other close friends up to H Tea cafe, where we sipped on boba and coffee and enjoyed dishes like soup dumplings, fried calamari, and scallion pancakes. It was really yummy. Then we went right next door to the 2D DIY studio to make super unique crafts. I got to decorate a candle with seashells and dried flowers! Other girls made Polaroid photo frames with fake frosting gel and charms, and others painted pots and plaster figurines. There were so many options that you don't see at other crafting studios.
She drove us back and hosted a disco garden party at home! I didn't know that could be a theme, but it was so cool! There were pink disco balls hanging from the ceiling with flowers on them, multi colored shiny disco ball cups and candles, silver disco ball balloons, disco ball planters holding hanging plants, and even a disco ball piñata. Plus, she had fresh flowers in book vases, emotional support strawberry plushies, and a floating flower and disco ball backdrop in the doorway with a flower arch. It felt like I was in a disco garden. We played Unstable Unicorns and snacked on themed sweets like chocolate-covered strawberries that looked like pink roses, and cake pops that looked like disco balls. Selena made them all herself! I want her to be my baker. There was a super cute strawberry drink dispenser, too! It was for the mocktails with edible glitter.
We all got to hit the piñata and had a little photo shoot with lots of fun props like pink feather boas, mini balloons, flowers, and funky sunglasses. She printed out Polaroids for all of us and gave us the cutest goodie bags, plus the candy from the piñata. She even put under eye masks and cute, tiny stress animal toys in the piñata! And we got to eat a stunning cake that had gorgeous carnation flowers and disco balls on it. If you want an unforgettable and truly unique birthday party that everyone is going to remember, Selena knows how to make it happen.”

“Selena comes up with the cutest activities and decor for parties. Hands down. At her Galentines party, we painted suncatchers while watching rom-com movies and snacking on champagne gummy bears. Then we took photos with a ton of floating flower garlands she made herself! And we took photos with a flower and heart garland backdrop she made, too! She also had cute props we got to pose with, like a "love" balloon, roses, and heart glasses. Then we couldn't stop laughing when we played games like Exploding Kittens and Cards Against Humanity. And to end the night, she ordered a heart-shaped pizza, served a heart-shaped cake with florals, and a burn-away calendar, and made us all cocktails with rose-shaped ice cubes in heart-shaped glasses that had the cutest balloon dog wine charms on them so that we didn't mix up our cups. While we ate dinner and sipped on some drinks, we watched the movie, Valentine's Day, all snuggled under blankets with a ton of plushies on the big couch in the Airbnb she rented.
There was so much cool decor too, like mirrors decorated with fake frosting, hand-painted candles in bow holders, a cookie jar shaped like a cake, a mini shopping cart filled with candy, and a gummy bear lamp!! I have no idea where you find this stuff, but I want it all.

One of my favorite shows growing up was SpongeBob, so she got me a SpongeBob Guess Who from a small business, and the bff ring that literally has SpongeBob and Patrick spinning in it, just like the ring from the show! Like what? I didn't even know these things existed. Selena finds really meaningful gifts, too. “Finding gifts that people will actually like and use can be super stressful, but Selena has a special knack for it. She gifted me a bottle of handwritten happy pills. It had over 100 plastic fake colorful pills with happy faces on them. I just pull the pill apart, and a rolled-up paper comes out with a handwritten note on it. This is truly one of the most unique gifts I've ever gotten. I know the amount of time and thought she put into writing each one, and it makes me feel so loved reading them. It's so fun and interactive, too. She also gave me a birth flower necklace. It has 6 flowers in total, and each flower represents one of my loved ones. For example, my mom was born in September, and September's birth flower is a morning glory, so I have a morning glory on my necklace for her, plus several other flowers for other loved ones born in different months.
